Common questions
What counts as an attributed rebook?
A patient receives an outreach message from clinicpilot, replies with intent to book (we classify every reply), and a booking is confirmed in your PMS within 14 days of that reply. Rebooks that happen outside that window — or via routes we didn't touch — aren't counted. We err on the side of under-attributing.
What's the monthly cap on Recovery pricing?
£2,500/mo for the first three months of paid usage, while we calibrate the attribution model on your clinic's data. After three months, the cap lifts. If 10% of recovered revenue exceeds your comfort zone, switch to Workforce — same product, different invoice.
Why no per-patient pricing?
Per-patient pricing rewards us for your CRM size, not your outcomes. Recovery rewards us only when we recover revenue. Workforce rewards us for predictable service. Both align with how you actually win.
Do you charge for SMS / WhatsApp credits?
In Pilot we cover them entirely. In Recovery and Workforce, the first 5,000 messages/month are included; beyond that, pass-through cost (Twilio invoices us, we invoice you the same number — no markup, transparent).
What happens after the 30-day pilot?
You get a written report: messages sent, reply rate, attributed rebooks, recovered revenue. If we beat your manual recall numbers, we discuss Recovery vs Workforce. If we didn't, you owe nothing and your data is deleted within 30 days.
